Who We Are
The Gambia Women Service Centre (TGWSC) is a non-profit organization in The Gambia. It exists to serve Gambian women through a multitude of services that promotes a holistic approach to the health and general well-being of women. Furthermore, TGWSC extends itself beyond the Gambian border by warmly embracing our Gambian sisters globally. This global sisterhood approach exemplifies our motto ‘Where There is Life, There is a Woman.’ We support and encourage our members to participate in the following programs and services: Feminine Personal Care (your beauty, your way), Maternity Care, Blood Type and Vital Signs Clinic, and a Gym for optimum health. As stated earlier, we take a holistic approach to women’s health. Our goal is to offer women at the various stages of their lives a safe place they can relate to when it comes to self-care and motherhood.
